Delete your account
For the Life Line Medical Systems (LMS) app, published by Life Line Medical Systems, Nagpur.
You can ask us to delete your LMS app account and the personal data linked to it at any time. You don't need to give a reason.
Option 1: Request deletion by email or WhatsApp
- Send an email to lifelinengp@gmail.com or a WhatsApp message to +91 87705 30146.
- Use the subject "Account deletion request".
- Include the email address or mobile number you use to sign in to the app, and your name.
- We may contact you once to confirm the request comes from the account owner.
- We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email or WhatsApp.
Option 2: Ask your company administrator
If your account was created by your organisation's administrator, they can also remove your user account from the app's user settings. Please contact them, or contact us as above.
What gets deleted
| Deleted | Your profile (name, email, mobile number, photo), login credentials, app settings and device notification tokens. |

| Kept for a limited time | Records we must keep by law, such as invoices, payment and tax records, are kept for the period required by Indian law (generally up to 8 years) and then deleted. Server backups are overwritten within 90 days. |
| Business records | Customer and lead records you entered for your organisation belong to that organisation and stay with it. Your name is removed from them or replaced with "Deleted user". |
Delete only some of your data
If you want to keep your account but remove specific data (for example your photo or mobile number), mention this in your email or WhatsApp message and we'll handle it in the same way.
