LMS App Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the LMS mobile app (Life Line Medical Systems), published by Life Line Medical Systems, Nagpur, collects and uses data. LMS is a business app used by companies to manage their sales, service, attendance and HR work. Each company (our customer) decides who in its team uses the app.
Data we collect

| Precise and approximate location | At Day In and Day Out (attendance), when you save a visit, order, service call or similar record, and every 30 minutes between Day In and Day Out so your company can see field visits on its Live Map. While this work-hours tracking is on, a notification is always shown. It stops automatically at Day Out or when you log out. We do not collect location outside work hours. |
| Photos and files you choose to add | Bills, purchase orders, service reports, cheques, installation photos and documents attached to records. Only the photos you pick or take in the app are uploaded. |
| Business records you enter | Leads, customers, orders, payments, expenses, leave, tasks, notes and similar records for your company. |

Camera and photo access are used only when you choose to take or attach a photo. The app does not read your contacts, messages or other files on your phone.
Who can see your data
Your data is visible only to authorised people in your own company, according to the roles your company sets (for example admin, manager, HR). We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
We use trusted service providers to run the app: cloud hosting and database (Railway, Supabase), push notifications (Google Firebase), maps (Google Maps), text reading from photos (OCR.space) and payments (Razorpay). They process data only to provide these services to us.
Security
All data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access is limited by sign-in and by your company's user roles.
How long we keep data
We keep your data while your account is active. Business records your company must keep by law (orders, invoices, payments, tax and payroll records) are kept for up to 8 years and then deleted. Server backups are overwritten within 90 days.
Your choices and account deletion
You can deny location permission in your phone settings, but attendance and field features will then not work. You can ask us to correct or delete your data at any time. To delete your account, follow the steps on our account deletion page.
Children
The app is meant for employees of businesses and is not for children under 18.
