Which payment methods can I use?
Credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking and wallets. EMI on eligible credit cards is shown on the payment screen when available for your card and amount.
Will I get a receipt and a GST invoice?
Razorpay sends a payment receipt to your email and mobile immediately. Our accounts team issues the GST tax invoice for your order separately.
Money was deducted but the payment failed. What now?
Failed payments are usually reversed to your account automatically by your bank within 5 to 7 working days. Please share the transaction ID with us on WhatsApp so we can check the status.
Can I pay by bank transfer instead?
Yes. NEFT, RTGS and cheque payments are accepted. Ask us for our bank details on WhatsApp or by phone, and always confirm them with our office before transferring.
Is there an extra charge for card payments?
If a convenience fee applies to your payment method, it is shown clearly on the payment screen before you pay.
