Where we deliver
We deliver to hospitals and healthcare facilities across India, with regular service in Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Odisha.
Delivery time
Items in stock are usually dispatched within 7 to 15 working days of order confirmation. Imported and made-to-order equipment, and modular operation theatre projects, follow the timeline stated in your quotation or project schedule.
We inform you of the dispatch date and share transport details. Delays caused by the manufacturer, transport, weather or site readiness will be communicated promptly.
Shipping charges
Freight, insurance and installation charges, if any, are stated in your quotation.
Installation and handover
Where installation is included, our engineers install the equipment at your site and train your staff. Please ensure the site, power supply and gas connections are ready as advised by our team.
Receiving goods
Please check the packages at delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt. Report transit damage within 48 hours with photos, as set out in our refund and cancellation policy.
