Quotations and orders
All products and services are sold against a written quotation or proforma invoice issued by us. Prices, specifications, delivery and warranty terms stated in that quotation apply to your order. Prices on quotations are in Indian Rupees and are valid for the period mentioned on the quotation.
Product information and specifications on this website are indicative and can change with the manufacturer's model updates. The specifications confirmed in your quotation apply.
Payments
Online payments on this website are processed by Razorpay. You must pay only against a quotation or invoice issued by us, for the amount agreed with our team. An order is confirmed only after we receive the payment and confirm it to you.
We do not store your card or bank details. Any convenience fee for a payment method is shown on the payment screen before you pay.
Medical devices
Medical equipment must be used by qualified professionals in line with the manufacturer's instructions. Information on this website, including articles, is general information and not medical advice.
Warranty and service
Warranty is provided as stated in your quotation and the manufacturer's warranty terms. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorised repair, power fluctuations or use outside the manufacturer's instructions.
